Our Tapas and wine tasting was so much fun. Thank you to everyone who participated! Philip made grilled watermelon salad, chorizo with fresh cherry and port reduction, and grilled pineapple with rum glaze and coconut ice cream. We also tasted 6 of our bottled wines. We recently hosted a fundraiser for the Susan G Komen organization and raised over $1100 for Komen NENY to help fund breast cancer research and education, and 75% of that money stays right in our 10 county region. It was a small event and a crazy night, but we want to thank everyone who participated as well as our regular dining customers who bought raffle tickets and gave a little extra.
